What would you do with it in the Somali Peninsula?

Resurface some of the major roads?
Build a few small power stations?
Invest in renewable energy?
Restore the ports?
Build a hospital?
Build the road to Erigabo?

Or invest in a more sustainable way by starting social enterprises:

Open factories and employ 10's of thousands?
Invest in large scale commercial agriculture? (Import substitution)
Invest in fishing (incl storage, export)
Invest in meat processing/export, tanneries & making leather products
Invest in milk production & export

Start a matched funding scheme to utilise diaspora investment and double your money?

If i had $200M i would create and fund my own top elite Militia of il-jeexs, and with it i would create my very own state called Webiyada Soomaaliya state of Somalia (comprised of S/hoose, J/dhexe and J/hoose) and i shall declare myself (with my Xabad iyo AK47) the Boqorka Soomaaliya.

I would strongly encourage the passing of laws which benefit Somali businesses and encourage sustainable growth. I have no desire to actually be a politician
