Deposit by the Federal Republic of Somalia of a list of geographical coordinates of points, pursuant to article 16, paragraph 2 and article 75, paragraph 2 of the Convention
The Secretary-General of the United Nations communicates the following.
On 30 June 2014, the Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia deposited with the Secretary-General, pursuant to article 16, paragraph 2 and article 75, paragraph 2 of the Convention, a list of geographical coordinates of points, which, inter alia, define the limits of the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
The coordinates are referenced to the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84). The list of geographical coordinates of points has been posted on the website of the Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea, Office of Legal Affairs, at:
http://www.un.org/Depts/los. It will also be published in the next issue of the Law of the Sea Bulletin.
