i believe people from the same regions should have their own federal state. putland style clan federalism should be eliminated, it will cause inter clan conflicts because somali clans have no legally defined
boundaries.

Central Somalia is Habargidir deegaan we have no Interests and no need and have nothing to do with a Ethiopian border town of Cabudwaaq, they already join putano land and have ministers in putaanoland and that is where they belong to.
