This guy reminds me of another HJ fake wadaad from Burco, who ended up joining Al-Shabaab and being godane's right hand man.
That guy use to go around Burco with 2 of his assistants, and if he sees any boy walking with a girl, he would stop them.
If they were not related, he would arrest them. He baited out a lot of couples, and arrested a lot of them aswell.
