Somalis in the UK, don't get milk tokens anymore. It used to be for children under 5, but I have not seen anyone using them for a while.
And Somalis don't drive peaguets in the UK.
Most somalis drive new cars that are 0-3 years old. And not any cars; I mean mercedez, BMW, Audi, Golf, Nissan Qashqi....
If your disabled in the UK there is something called mobility allowance, which means the persons carer can get a new care.
And a lot somalis claim disabilty.
And you are right about people using public transport. London has the best public transport in the world. With over 500 bus routes and 1000+ station just inside London. People don't really rely on driving, even middle class white people use public transport. Also its really cheap.

I'm not gonna lie, what he just said is accurate if you disregard those who live on disability benefits to get a car. Even with an average salary, no way in hell you getting a new car.
