I'm an atheist, but good point.

I know many educated diaspora that came to the States in the 70's and 80' for advanced degrees (my father is one of them) and they could technically be classed as, at a minimum, agnostic. But because to be Somali is to be Muslim, these people, who are very active in the Somali community, must remain silenced.
