Thesis !

I think so in two ways

1. They just issued Somaliland's first master degree for the first time in history !
2. A foriegn student defended their first first master degree thesis.

Golis is in competion with Amoud university who is probably the most popular Somali university, so they want to attract more students around the horn just like amoud !
