no i blame the west for specific things.
ISIS is 100% the responsibility of the west.
ok the arabs started it , CIA took over the running of the show.
recently the turks with erdogan personally involved have been trying to take over or at least minimize CIA influence and make ISIS
respond to Turkish wishes.
This was because the US attempted to use ISIS against the turks.
This is an ongoing battle right now, with the turks trading, funnelling men, weapons and laundering money for ISIS,
giving them options allowing them to escape CIA control.
