It isn't a problem of motivation, I can easily get pumped/motivated but thing is I'm so easily distracted and lazy that I can't start anything or if I do start I get distracted easily that I can't finish it.

Look up the Pomodoro Technique. It is a productivity enhancing method that is useful for studying.
