I meant customs charging

pl is much younger than sl

pl was more busy on infrastructure specially farole who built garowe

both of the govts have their own ports and markets, sl has hargeysa, burco etc

pl has bosaso, galkacyo etc

but sl has custom charging at tog wajaale and lawyacade, thats the plus.

pl and ethiopia to lay foundation stone of new customs at their borders
