Refinary/sifeyn and Oil depot/ kayd are totally two different things.

^^ Finejet oil terminal was opened year ago. This is a new oil terminal.

I doubt that's an oil refinery. Oil refineries are incredibly expensive and no company will risk that kind of capital in Mogadishu.

You can tell it's not a refinery by the absence of distillation towers.

The only refinery we had was on the outskirts of Mogadishu that was financed by Saddam's Iraq. It was called Somiraq aND Gonjeex was a managing director back then.
