It is not healthier. You will become deficient in vitamin B12 & EPA/DHA omega 3.

Also, vegans often substitute meat with soy products that are super high in phytoestrogens that are bad for you.

Professor herr itrah van frankfurt.these people jump on any health craze started by the pale fellows.
for a community that is already dealing with the deficiencies you mentioned due to lack of the sunlight, diet and clothing, the last thing we need is people advocating a veggie diet.

I get my meat from Nigerian open air deli, im convinced it has the remains of humans but im not exactly sure. The allure of bushmeat is the ultimate element of surprise, u dont know if u are eating gorilla silver back or the esophagus of a dyslexic giraffe.

All I know is it's delicious :blessed:

It's true that Arab guy who own's Yasmin is a Racist, me and my cousin were shopping there one day and he starts talking shit to his West-African worker, and we left in support of our African brother.

But I went to a Rural Arab farm, where they raise sheep and goat, it's cheaper and they do everything for you or you can do it yourself. when the family has a feast or wedding buy from them.

What is the point of going to such great lengths to source Halal meat when you're going to stop over to recharge at Wendys with a greasy double cheeseburger? Am i the only one who sees the contradiction of these American Muslims? :wtf:

It is much better if you just bought your meat from the same place other Americans buy from, because clearly you have no qualms about eating nonhalal.

Consuming meat everyday is not good. The upside of the high meat prices is that the have not's have health advantage over those who can afford to eat meat on a daily basis.
