Odd countries for Somali's to buy properties?

Post by Otherbrother »

What's the oddest place you heard?
I've been looking at south and central America for a while. Good markets, booming economies.

Flats and places in colombia can go for like £65k or $80k. While Chile and Argentina are better. Buenos Aires has the largest muslim population in south America (and largest jew) and also the largest mosque.
Colombia like brazil is mixed so you will not have trouble as a black/African person. Guyyana has a ton of Asians and muslims.

Costa rica, Nicaragua are up and coming for property, both are safe, stable polically. Both have both the pacific and the caribean seas and beaches.

Albania is a nice spot for housing. Italy and spain always been decent. Turkey is better than greece due to economy but Albania shits on them both and is also mediteranian.

In Africa and I know Zambia, Rwanda and others are up and coming.

South America have simple visa/citizenship processes. I mean stay in Brazil for like 2years and you can apply, 1 if you marry a Brazilian. And then with a ID card can travel all over.

With a nice job, a few maybe 7-8 years saving. I wanna invest and earn more. Call me a dreamer, but I will make shit happen or die trying.

Anyone looked around, have any info.

:whoa: I don't wanna get my head chopped by a crazy cartel. No CA or SA for me.

Zambia :ohhh:Business men there are :eat: good there and I know plenty of fams that are located there.

But tbh if I ever leave this country, I'm going back home. Dalka hooyo is the only place I see myself living and enjoying life. :)

Yall are crazy. Look at Medellin in Colombia. 20 or 30 years ago it was the drug city of Pablo Escobar, now its a safe place.

With SA due to all the white gringos that go, there are expat areas. And blogs and vlogs and they tell you the safer areas. You always stay away from the bad places after night. (makes sense) learn spanish. And never flash your riches. No phones out or tablets in night time.

Chile

Where else can you go to the beach and also go hike and ski/snowboard in the same day in summer xD
Santiago is one of the better cities in SA (yes better than Rio and Sao paolo in many senses).

Argentina
