Post by Strategic »

Mogadishu is now the busiest port in africa and continues to grow economically and that is why we need to accelerate the construction of second port -high modern one-in ceel macaan to reduce the effects of traffic in mogadishu.

Konfuuris will remain konfuuris.

They will always make empty boasts.
Lies.
Misinformation and brag about two pick-up trucks unloading WFP sacks.

Kulaha the busiest in Africa
Durban, Africa’s busiest port according to the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa, handled 44.8 million metric tons of cargo in 2013-14, the port’s Business Strategy Manager Marina Petersen said on April 24.
Even Djibouti's Doraleh is 20x bigger than Mogadishu in volume and cargo including containers.

For educational purposes.

South Africa (Durban)
Kenya (Mombasa)
Djibouti (Doraleh)
Nigeria (Lagos)
Ivory Coast (Abidjan)
Egypt (Suez Canal)
And Morocco (Tangier) are Africa's busiest ports.

You could have provided the info without letting know everybody how small you feel compared to other Somalis.

muqdisho is no longer the center of Somali economy. it is rivalled by other major ports such as bosaso, berbera and kismaayo.
muqdisho port only server muqdishans, and that is not suffiecient to make it the busiest port in africa

Mogadishu currently serves 2.5 million almost 3 million people inmogadishu and two major agricultural regions middle, lower shabelle plus bay and bakool ,hiiraan and galgaduud and even mudug unless hobyo port is built .mogadishu also serves the ogaden and oromo region which use mOG as a facility but we need major roads connecting all these roads to mogadishu so that we can service the 40 million oromo and somalis in ethiopia. :stylin: :eat:

Don't get me wrong I'm happy for the place and all Somalis to make some gains but I'm against false information and empty brags.

Mogadishu port is still a small fishing dock compared to many proper ports in Africa.

So let's get it there.
