Is a Coup the answer to Puntland's permanent spoiler tendencies?

Military Coup in Puntland; when is it acceptable?

Post by Arcturus »

Commander-in-Chief Gen. Saed Mohamed Hirsi (Saed Dhere).

Could he repair the damage done?

- International standing
- Economy
- Security
- Brand trust
- Neighbor relations
- Troop Discipline
- Etc

What level of support would he need, to spark the Gaas and exile it indefinitely?

Should the Federal government fund the initiative?

Would the Puntland diaspora approve?

Resignation Vs Coup De'tat

What is beneficial for the existence of the Somalia State?

2015 Miles stones unmet.

- Selection process heading for a failure.
- Constitution remains on toilet paper.
- Federal members independent of central governance functions.
- Conflicts escalating.
- International Relations diminishing.

Overall The status quo on STATEHOOD measures not even a cause for concern. It defeats purpose, to value a SELECTION process when non of the Pillars of STATEHOOD exist. IT is not beneficial to waste resources on LEADERSHIP replacement, if there isn't anything that needs a leader.

Can negligence be it federal member's or international partner's BECOME the primary SPOILER?

I thought there was a consensus on affirmative action against SPOILERS?
