Advice Needed on How to Respond to Islamophobes in Main Message Boards

SNET Fellas,

I have been active in main message boards in Yahoo, TheGuardian, and other places. I've noticed increased Islamophobia on these boards. I've learned not to match their nonsense, but have chosen to respond with a more mainstream message. Please see it below, review it, and let me know if any thing needs to be added or changed.

There is an American Muslim here. There are over 10 million of us in America, we're growing and America is our home. To give you some lesson of history, Muslims were here since the founding of America. If you need proof, read Jefferson's writings. Moreover, when America declared independence from Great Britain, the first nation that recognized it was Morocco - a Muslim nation in North Africa.

That said, we don't support ISIS or any other extremist group, we didn't elect them, and they don't represent us. We're doctors, lawyers, business men/women, engineers, actors, workers, liberals, conservatives, independents, Libertarians, etc.

America is our home, we intend to stay, grow, and raise families here.

To Islamophobes, life is too short. Explore the world, be positive, and always assume innocence on people.

The Somali fadhi-kudirir is so boring and repetitive as well. Some took it as if you hate their reerka. It is not challenging. But you will see me chatting wit my buddies here: Yusuf, Rambie, AwRastaale, Jalaludiin, Games, TGS, Sahal, and others.

And yes, I am a Muslim American, we're almost 10 million strong and a force to be reckoned with, and will not be silent when Islamophobes like Frank Gafney, Pamela Geller, and all of their minions have made a career of attacking Islam.

"I feel your pain, unfortunately you are talking to a bunch of conservatives that think they are right and everyone else is wrong. People that supported Bush and now support Trump.
The start of ALL this was H. W. Bush getting involved in a regional conflict over oil, then his son going in and taking out a dictator that kept all these radicals at bay. The Bush's are to blame for this but the conservatives will only blame others for it. America should NEVER get involved in regional conflicts and the Bush's should have learned from Vietnam. I hope that we have learned our lesson this time and hope it is not to late.

Like that gentleman stated, it is the so-called Conservatives who are behind the persistent hate speech against Muslims and our faith. I am a believer that we shouldn't allow their nonsense to go on but to respond to them - of course not lower ourselves to their level - but give them reasonable responses and show everyone how stupid they are.
