Tonight was another dark night in Mog. At least 3 explosions within hours.

Mog admin is just too careless, corrupt and not politically savvy.

They expect AMISOM, who are making $2,000 per month, to defeat al Shabab and go back to their native country where salary was $100-$200/month.

Why would I conclude or rush when I can buy villas in Uganda if I stay 10 years in Mogadishu pretending to be fighting.

In fact, the interest of AMISOM is to secretly arm AS but ensure they don't threaten them.

The longer it's prolonged the more houses in Kampala.

$1800*12 = $21, 600USD vs back home: $1,200 - $2,400.


If I was in Mog, I rather bring Somali forces from other regions where their forces kept AS at bay.

Uganda, Burundi, Kenya, Nigeria and Ethiopia all have their own internal issues and for some keeping Mog occupied means killing two birds with 1 stick esp Ethiopia ( getting funded to fight 'Islamic radicals', Oromo issues presented as 'Islamic secessionist', if Mog was stable maybe would support them).

Al Shabab spokesman claimed the responsibility for the hotel attack, saying that they were targeting ‘apostate’ officials at the hotel.

Whoever they are they are targeting apostates (which happen to be xamar where the apostates are istaqfurulah)
