I have finally got around to waist training..

My order on amazon came thru this morning and dear lord it's a struggle to put on.. but you sweat like no man's business.. but it's actually comfortable I see my self wearing it for 8 hrs we will see how it goes

I have a fat calool (rolls). It can't be seen when i'm wearing clothes though although one woman did ask me if I was pregnant once when I wasn't. Anywho I know I need to eat right and exercise to get rid of it. That's the proper way. Anything else doesn't work or if it does, it's not good for you. Until then, I just embrace it as there is no point complaining if I am not gonna do something about it. I'm 10kg overweight so some of that is gna be my calool. My labo cents.

Anyone into waist training or corseting? I've been searching for the perfect prowaist cincher/corcet to help sculpt the perfect waist curce. Anyone know a good, sturdy, inexpensive brand who sells size xs/16?
