Outside candidates for Somalia for Pres/PM

This current crop is highly depressing. I'm wondering if there are any other candidates or people that stand out.

Yes or No? Any other suggestions? I can't accept that Hassan will return.

Faroole.- everyone else is too corrupt and faroole is in his twilight years and is sincere about the legacy he is leaving behind

Has he declared himself as a candidate for presidency? His work with the social welfare agency in Puntland will be looked back on and regarded as a major achievement for the region and hopefully inspire other parts of Somalia.

Faroole is too controversial and disliked by many. Be it Marehaan, Dir, Hawiye and rest of harti. He created to many enemies.

I would suggest Mohamed nur 'tarsan', says it like it is, isn't afraid of going against his own hawiye tribe or darood, he also hates general gabre. he could shake the system, hes also a bit eccentric. or peoples another good choice is farmaajo. hopefully pm cumar, HSM,sheikh sharif and the usual Kenya and ethio lovers wont return.
