They do it because it is easy,flexible and doesnt require ton of credentials.

Every other white European couple that I know both work and share the financial burdens, are they collecting L's too? despite being native to the land and having so much more advantages then some farah that fled civil war and left everything behind?

I know what u mean. Sucks if the reason why they have to work is because of financial need but it can definitely help their mental health to keep busy. Feels nice to have something to do.

I agree with the sentiment. But working is good for people. It's good for mental health, self esteem, financial independence. More power to them.
