My opinion you don't put fire against fire, you put water against fire. This AS folks are Hawiye folks they are local and have the support of the locals and Hawiye needs to engage its people throughout diplomatic dialogue

Galgala and the other recent place ISIS supposedly took over in Bari are nothing but fiction, a way to make both money and get weapons to wage campaigns elsewhere as we see in Gaalkacayo.

Case in point, every time Gaalkacayo war starts, we hear the same theatrics, and if they want to launch a war, you get the same theatrics to get weapons, you do not see this in time's of peace.

I urge you and others to take out a map and plot all the points al-shabab are present, from Xarardheere, Ceeldheere all the way to Jilib, you will see what they call in military terms "O", the big plan is to stop inter HAG trade, ensure Mogadishu port commerce doesn't go beyond Jowhar, and ensure no SNA has access to Jilib road which leads to Kismaayo

There is no obstruction from the Bosaaso/Kismaayo corridor, those routes from Mudug via Beledweyne going past Galinsoor are all free from al-shabab and even mooriyaan's, the same from Kismaayo all the way to south-west, the central routes leads to the Ethiopian border are all free, the coastal and beyond Jowhar are all blocked.

It's well know who the al-shabab commanders are in all those front's, it's no secret and I posted it here before, the one commanding troops in Xarardheere is Arap, the one in Jilib/Jamaame corridor is MJ, this one currently around Hiiraan to the east (block Jowhar, Hiiraan, Mudug routes) is lealkase.

The funds are pouring in from the UAE whom is using both Somaliland/Puntland in these dirty wars against the Turks, it's all about money and getting people to use Bosaaso and isolate Mogadishu port not to go beyond Jowhar.
