Ok I will promise I will gather more facts and get back to you. I am not in Mogadishu, but my information came from people who are more familiar with this security field and who traveled to Mogadishu and just came back last week. I conveyed here what they shared.

The whole existence of the Somali government is the presence of AMISOM forces, they are the ones who defeated Al-Shabaab, and here you are telling us they are too scared to expose themselves. Come'n, they have their bases in Xalane, Stadium Mogadishu, Ex-Control (the last I know), they used to be in Kaxda area but move away from it after complaints from Somalis nearby, in former 77 division head quarters / Xarunta Xooga. Burundians in Jaamacada Ummada, Dayniile, etc. They are in many places in and outside of Mogadishu.
