Berbera Investment is national interest
As you already know I fully back the initiatives between the UAE and Somaliland be it military or pure port business.
I am one that believes in going all in and taking the dive. I am equally and strongly opposed to trouble makers who try to sabotage any development. I believe in the iron fist when it comes to dealing with them and that's why I would propose developing a special armed unit for Somaliland called something along the lines of INVESTMENT PROTECTION UNIT (IPU).
They operate pretty much like the SPU and the RRU units but their primary job is to secure international sites, teams, equipment and interests.
They should have the full mandate to hunt and take out anyone deemed threat to such development. They should carry the rights to storm homes and take out individuals just like anti-terror units.
No court is allowed to question them or their work.
In return I propose they be placed under special payment system where 60% is covered by Somaliland government and the rest comes from investors.
They should be allowed to train secretly in foreign bases and even foreign countries for example the UAE may offer them scholarships.
I believe there are too many noisy idiots who misunderstood the so called Habrocracy of Idooria. Tough action is something I support and will continue to do so even if I ever join Somaliland politics, which I never dismiss.
Silanyo and team need to form a similar team and bring the so called oil protection unit under them. They should operate under the Interior but independently from the army, police, and intelligence chief.
I back executing anything passed by all bodies of governance with the full force of the law and forces.
Not sure why Silanyo is soft on them. There is no need for every Farax and Xalimo to cry about everything and constantly whine. Really make the decision and just unleash the forces on noisy individuals. Case closed.
No need for silly debates, no need the opinion of irrelevant people and all their brain dead red headed chiefs to fart everywhere.
Odayasha la karbaashay ee Barlamaanka laga turayna wan soo dhaweenaya wayo wa odayaal ku so tashaday inay dalka ku hayan abaaro, macluul iyo dar xumo. Ina dabada laga lado wa sax wayna ku haboon tahay. 144 voted and there is no need 5-8 of them to disrupt things.

Small minded people, don't waste your time on a lost cause. Learn a thing or two about international politics. It will save you time instead of day dreaming. The berbera port will be controlled by the central government, most likely your own cousin.

Trough wadani waqooyi people like Cabdi xaashi they are majority BTW. Soomaaliidiid are a minority in waqooyi. It's mostly old men and diaspora women who shake their asses to the failed Ethiopian project.
Its just butthurt guys who are looking for a return in their investment and people who are to proud to admit that they have been rooting for the losing team ,(Ethiopia, somalia's number one enemy who's PM which your elders all lined up for last week as we sent gabre packing ) has confirmed himself in a bid to save face and diplomacy.
Lacagta wey gubatay just like gabres bribe money

The police units you are suggesting are already in place, the port have its own police we need to increase their number and capacity. Berbera airport police already exists we need to increase their number and knowledge as well. Their jobs should be exclusive to the site. We already have several other police units that can handle outside tasks such as the SPU special protection unit, they are well trained bodyguards for the foreign VIPs . CTU counter terrorism unit this unit deals with terrorists in action. RRU rapid reaction unit. they are usually used to crackdown violent public reaction like demonstrations people hate this unit. The new OPU unit oil protection unit are designed to protect important oil exploration fields probably to fight against rebellious rural communities near the oil fields . CID criminal investigation department, these are every where, they have kind of mixed FBI CIA portfolio they have agents inside and outside the country Mostly Somalia, Nairobi and Ethiopia. That's enough law enforcement.
