First of all no international carrier flies to Puntland. Not sure whatever happened to Bosaaso airport. I assume only Jubba-Daallo goes there here and there.

In Hargeisa, both Ethiopian and FlyDubai have been flying there years. They only increasing their flights meaning they have a lucrative business.
