His older brother went by the nickname Stupid Foolish. He was most known for being on SomaliFeatures and going viral. Inshallah Allah wipes away his sins. Make dua
These youth in Toronto are troubled and need guidance

Somali parents should stop raising their kids in government housing. Most people who live in public housing are really poor, but Somalis always have different sources of income, and live lavishly whilst still inhabiting low income housing. It's a breeding ground for gangbanging. Unfortunately once you align yourself with a neighbourhood or certain people, you have to watch your back forever, which results in people falling off the grid entirely and living a life of being cooped up in a hotel or motel somewhere drinking alcohol till 7am in the morning while being paranoid and never feeling safe.paperino wrote: Mon Jul 31, 2017 7:08 pmAUN. Damn. Somali parents left a civil war, hoping for peace and prosperity for themselves/and their kids, and end up with these situations?! May Allah make it easy for them. My Oromo kin often fall into the same shit, joining gangs in canada and america, but somalis are somehow more known for it...

If Somali parents were not sending every penny they save back home to build houses or supporting relatives who spend some of the money on khat, these Somali youth wouldn't have grown up in the ghettos. The assumption that once you settle in low-income housing, your worries are reduced is having its devastating effects on the Somali youth. Time to raise a community awareness on this cycle that doesn't seem to be going away!
