for now no but remember bulhar was built from scratch and was competing with berbera in couple of years from its establishment

Ceelkheekh can over take Berbera in terms of tourism because of its proximity to hargeisa. I would defenitely consider to buy land in ceelkheekh if i get the opportunity. If a habarjeclo guy from dhoqoshay is considering to invest ceelkheekh i don't understand why i guy from hargeisa wouldn't do it right now. Places like wajaale, Berbera, sheekh ,and ceelkheekh are the future Somaliland hotspots .
