We need a new capital in somaliland

Hargeisa is vast city not but we need a fresh new city
that is planned with thought out work.

I think the consensus here is ceerigabo. Personally I would pick burao but it is too far from a port city! Choosing ceerigabo as our capital would mean there would be no more disputed area in sool and sanaag as warsangeli and dhulbahnate will feel like they are more apart of somaliland and can be more involved in somaliland. As Garxajis, habar jeclo and warsangeli live in ceerigabo, this would mean we can also increase the size of our army and increase the security of sool and sanaag. Also means we would be more likely to get recogoniton. Also ceerigabo is very close to maydh and we could make it a world class port city.

if hargeisa is no longer the capital then it should still be the financial hub of the country just like New York City in the USA. However if hargeisa is kept as the capital then another city like Berbera or Erigavo should become the financial centre whereby the central bank, stock exchange(s) and national/international companies are headquartered
