First let’s make one thing clear. Fahad Yasin and Faraax cabdulqadir are not from small clans. Both are Sheikhaal which is no small clan, heck they even outnumber your precious cheese family LOL.Murax wrote: Mon Jul 27, 2020 1:39 pm I actually get happy when I hear people from smaller qabils who are powerful. You could argue Faarax Cabdiqadir was more powerful than Xassan Sh. Why do I like this? It tells me maybe Somalia is moving away from ‘90s Tikniko, Anti Aircraft AK 47, battles for supremacy, to more behind the scenes civilized politics where soft power is used. Fahad Yasin has access to $$$, and that makes him more powerful now than the average ciidan beeleed warrior commander.
Look at Xamar, and how the bombings got less when he took over NISA. I hear even the 12 year old kid playing soccer in Xamar Jajab gets a monthly salary through Fahad to be an informant. People say he deals with Al Shaydaan directly so what? Who cares how you do it as long as the city is safer.
Jokes aside, both men are genius. Farax Cabdulkadir is the man who classified his sheeikhal sub clan as a .5 in order to gain a seat as he could not have because his sub clan is a langaab within Sheikhal and Fahad Yasin helped in doing so even though both men worked for different governments. They are not the only ones who did as some others from all clans did the same.
