Why would anybody invest in Somalia, if everything could be labeled to the ground in a couple hours

Why would anybody waste money and people building 4 or five story buildings or hotels when it’s leveled to the ground the next day and workers and clients inside held hostage or killed.
A brand new 4 story building was bomber in kismayo yesterday
And a five story hotel in Mogadishu leveled today, you know how many years it takes these business to recover or comeback

Good question. Another question; how was the owner (a young xildhibaan) of the 5 storey hotel able to finance such a pricey hotel?
