Let me begin by apologising for the mocking, taunting and non stop trolling of snet iidoors.

It was petty and unbecoming of a grown man with children.

However, you must understand feelings are running high at the moment, and we Somalis are little more than semi civilised savages, whom act upon emotion rather than intellect.

I would like to propose some possible remedies to an explosive political situation.

We could meet, at a place of your choosing, for a coffee and slice of cake to de-escalate an already fraught situation.

The peaceful encounter could be filmed and posted online to ease tensions between the brotherly clans of hj and Dhulbahante.

There is far too much fitna being spread online.....let us endeavour to bring people together.

I agree with the sentiments we are all somali and walaalo and Muslim. There is always a peaceful solution to all of our issues if we are sincere.
If we can put aside the cuqdad , xaasidnimo and exaggerated pride we can do anything.

To be honest I have not been keeping up with the news for the past few months.
A year ago before the conflict began I was in somaliland most of 2021 and 2022.
I even visited Las Cawood, garowe and bossaso.
I am currently writing this from xamar.

So called Khatumo can be a fully autonomous region if it wants but it must hand back all POWs including Bootaan. Somaliland will nevertheless remain claiming every inch of the ex British Protectorate as part of our national territory in theory because to be a country in Africa you must have European made colonial borders

We have over 700 POWs......more are captured everyday hiding in the badiye.

The POWs, including over 50 women, have been treated like honoured guests. Everybody has seen the videos.
The people of Lascaanood are not looking for revenge on the criminals who bombed them mercilessly for eight months straight.

However, Gen Bootan was the most senior officer in command of the war crimes and crimes against humanity. He will be put on trial, and if found guilty will be executed. We will not compromise on this. All of the other POWs can return to their families.
