Neither can I speak for Southern Somalia, laakin, in the resource-rich Sultanate of Puntland where I hail from, the leftist government led by Ina Deni has an open-door policy when it comes to illegal immigrants. I Just spent a thousand dollars for the last 7 days to make my cousin a fisherman, I bought him a phone, a huge freezer, and fishing gear I rented him 2 bedroom home , he has his own air-conditioning , free electricity, free water, he has atleast one month food stock and his mini fridge in his Room. Even his internet data is covered by me.
