So North Koria have finaly tested it's nuclear bomb and is now officialy on the nuclear league, who are the Americans and the West to lecture the rest of the world what they want to do,they have a nuclear and they have polluted and destroyed/destroying the earth,so who gives you the right to tell ather countries you can't have this you can't have,It's intresting some of the comments made by the Western leaders, like the Australian prime minster said'swift action will folow' that made me laugh very loude what kind of swift action is he exactly refering to the North koreans are now a nuclear power.

It's actually based on the assumption that North Korea is falling aprt economically. The place is a disaster area. The assumption is it will implode and it's nuclear weapons stockpile will be eliminated like South Africas was when apartheid was ended.
Hypocracy? We're talking international politics here. Let's get real. Power politics have nothing to do with being fair. Never did, never will.

Yeah, Mac. But we have here that Iran is a potential enemy which could cause the Destruction of the Worlds just because they're trying to get nuclear power (as far as I know, without military goals) and Bush is shouting to the four winds of heaven that Iran is the Axe of Evil... Meanwhile, North Korea is stating that they have nuclear weapons and weapons of massive destruction and testing them and nothing happens. Too much talk, but nothing more...
Would it be the same if Yemen, Somalia or Syria behaved like North Korea? Remember that Iraq was attacked for much less...

MAD MAC,
Is keeping a nuclear-armed nation (N Korea) dirt poor & starving really in the interests of global security?
I wouldn't want to force a country to make the decision between starving or selling nuclear weapons to the highest bidder.
Heck, we should be subsidizing food rations to N. Korea as we speak and give them a guarantee that we won't attack them provided they cease hostile actions.

It still hypocrisy which begs the question why does America have an obsession with the ME?
Economically dead or not N.K holds as much threat to the US as any other Nuclear breederÂ…but they choose to turn the cheek simply because they seem weaker economically?

You and I both know neither the US nor anyone else is KEEPING North Korea starved and dirt poor. Their own political system is doing that. Why do you always insist on laming everyone in the worlds problems on the US and never on themselves. You should know better. Hell, the Chinese have a LOT more influence on the place than we do. Why not blame them?
BTW not only did the US offer just such guarantees, but they were signed and approved. It is the North Koreans who tore up the deal. Where have you been?
Alluring
"If it wasn't for that dumbby DUMB, the crazy Korean wouldn't have MADE a nuclear weapon."
North Korea developed nuclear weapons during the Clinton administration. But don't let the facts get in the way of your perceptions, you stupid, ignorant b!tch.

You will recall that when this issue reared it's ugly head, the EU led by Germany, England and France said to the US "Let us handle it", which Bush did. And see how effective they have been? The truth is, Iran has been bent on developing nuclear weapons technology for a long time, and ONLY THE US took it seriously. Look in the mirror if you want to find someone to blame. Don't blame Bush. His administration has done everything within it's power short of attacking Iran, which you don't want.

MAD MAC,
But the equipment that was supposed to come to the North Koreans wasn't exactly forthcoming either.
If the US held up their end of the bargain faithfully then maybe, just maybe the North Koreans wouldn't have acted that way.
I don't know the facts entirely........I'm just saying the way things stand now with N Korea's economy, proliferation is a very real possibility.

What are you talking about? The US did not renege on ANYTHING until the North Koreans withdrew from the deal. The blame lies 100% with North Korea. When will you people start holding governments accountable for what they do instead of blaming the US for the actions of everyone else.
B!tch

When you admit that Islam is focked up, I'll admit that the US is wrong about something.

Al Qaida having good relationship and deals with a communist-atheist regime?
Wow. And they call themselves good muslims?
Mac: What I'm stating here is that, when Iran announces some kind of nuclear test, there's a big fuss all around the world. When North Korea actually makes a test, nothing happens... My question is why.
Completly agree that only North Korea has to be blamed for what's happening in North Korea. My point wasn't that.
