bariis567 i have never been in that situation. But you can get them out with legal battle, papers, witnesses etc in some cases bribes. If it is a large
poor family you can just give them some money they can live for few months when they leave your property, in some cases $100-200 will be enough for
a month for their food costs.

LOL off course there is cross examination. Do you know that some Habar gidir guy in Muqdisho has saved all the registration of every single property in xamar from previous govt. For instance if you want to buy a new property, you give him $50 dollars and he looks through room full of papers and can find any property and can tell you whether it's legit or bililiqo. You might run into scuffle, and this is one of the headaches waiting for any somali govt in the future, but at the end each rightful owner shall have his/her property back albeit the headaches and the lengthy process that goes with it.

I say welcome to them. We might poke fun at the Qaldans but at the end of the day we don't have deep enmity with them unlike the Puntlanders who have wished nothing but ill will towards Xamar. The Puntlanders for instance they contributed to the damage and destruction of Mogadisho from 2006 till 2008 when the Ethiopian tanks invaded Xamar. They were cheering for the destruction of Muqdishaawis. Puntlanders believe that they either rule Mogadisho or let it go under that's their philosophy and abdi wahaab knows that.
