When Somali men try to speak arabic its my biggest turn off atleast we girls sound sexy.

Wallahi I hate with a unbeliebable passion Arab Music and I hate it when I see Somalis into it (Not attacking You Ciyaal Warta). I could understand Somalis who maybe grew up in those Countries being into it a little just like Somalis in the West will be into hip hop/R&B but I don't understand Somalis who just get into it for the point of getting into it. Carbta hadaad wax ka baranaysid at least learn something beneficial like the pure Arabic Language so You can understand the Religion, the Quran, Culuumka Sharciga Islaamta iyo waxayaabahaas.

sxb i only listen some arabic songs (most the time khaleeji) ....man i bn 2 xamar and everyone was listening to nancy 3jram :lol: :lol: the worst thing is they dont get a word of wat she is saying :lol: :lol: :lol:

Btw about fus7ah ur right. I remember in Saudi, nobody used that. eventually I got into the "Yaa tayyib ta3aal basically no Qaaf everything "G" Esh Gaalu, Agullak etc.,. Also the ta7iyaat is basically like a 5 minute Salaat Qunuut "Ahlaaaan, Kayk Haalak, 3asaak tayyib, Allah 7ayeek, Allah Yuwafiqak, Rabanayassir, Allah Yar7am Walidayk, Allah Yakhaleek. 5 minutes the guys going on and in the beginning I didn't know what to say other then alhamdruilah :lol: :lol:

yeah my dad's arabic teacher back in the day in Somalia was Masri too

i thought yemeni was closest to fus7a? i have a friend who studied in Yemen last summer

have u ever seen a yemeni speaking :lol: :lol: those guyz are on da fast lane man...their pronunciation is almost as same as fus7a but their words are different..


example in fus7a: ma tha turidu = wat do u want;

yemeni say = aish tashti :lol:

yemeni call money = salath (d) :lol:
