Well not us but out offspring. i read from somewhere that through sperm therapy they can give the future baby some chance of becoming tall but it has its down side.

Remember some tyme back when we used to discuse abt AI and it's inter action with humanity. I read this group of docs who were offering gender choosing, i did farther reading and read some guys who were trying to offer customized babies unfortunately the babies who born through that process tend to be incomplete or have defects.

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if there were severe defects. Progressive evolution is more of a baseless ideology, rather than a science.

Would you opt to alter the genetics of offspring, knowing there would be a high likelihood of a fatal disease inherited?

you can still get taller after 18. My lil bro grew 2 inches after he turned 18. And I know a couple cats still getting taller at 20 years old.
I wish I grew to 6'4
