liqaaye none of us should hate on another, after all we are all somali, if hargeysa looks good it makes all of us somalis look good, we should only be working together to build the great land of the somalis, be it somaliland,puntland,NFD,ogadenia,djabauti... we rule east africa.

27,000$ normal villa, 37,000$ the larger villa

the hilaac project was done by few wealthy business men, i think it started of as a xawalad and then turned it self into a construction company.

to build the 100 houses as well as the local town centre, eg, clinic, parks, shopping area, paved roads, cost around 3 million dollars. they're now building another area of bosaso and a new xafaad in galkayo too.

the thing with these houses is the villas are smaller than average ones, but the dabaqs are preety good. and also its a bit far from bosaso centre, its like 15 mins walk, people hate that.

ok...nice neighbour hood to live in..... but it would be good if it was only for people from Qurbaha.... i hate when those reer miyi people moves in to this Brand new 30K villa.....

it is actaully ment to be for people from the diaspora as alot of people are going back, but some people who build these houses let their rer miyi relatives live in it.

some of the qurbejoog move back for good, alot actaully.

they dont call you dhaqan celis in bosaso they're used to having alot of diaspora people.
and the people there are alot more rer magal.

but in smaller towns like qardho they will call you dhaqan celis, even throw rocks at your house.lol
