some of them drive with permit and others get their lincens from Wisconsin or other fake places --some of them drive so slowly whether young or old and some of them drive to fast --most accidents in my block are somalis and mexicans --and don't mention Somali Malls --its disaster --the parking, the cridlock (becuz two ppl are chitchatting) --they are very bad!
