Mr. Isaias Afwerki regardless of how you define these men, I would say If you had the balls to host the said conference you should then have the balls to pay their plane ticket back home. wouldn't you agree?

Secondly, these warlords are as much profit to me as the warlord parliament is to Zenawi. I am a politician first and a hero second, period, end of the line.
