No, you don't have to quote Shakespeare. But let's get off the "Americans are so ignorant" line. Somalis are both ignorant and have manged to completely destroy their own state, as well as annoy all the states aruond them. This makes them uniquely unqualified to be critical of the citizens of other states. You want to make a specific point, fine. But sweeping generalizations like "Americans are so........" is just asking for retort.

What is an American? Americans come very EVERYWHERE. You can't describe your average American, because he might have come from Somalia, he might have come from Mexico, he migth have come from Germany, or China or Scottland or Ireland...........

Furthermore, your "average American" does not make foreign policy decisions. Specialists do that. Specialists well schooled in the areas they are making decisions on. It's not a collection of diletantes.
