I just faxed about 10 NDA forms, i'm doing this b/c i don't want to discuss this startup idea with anyone that might steal it and run with it. i don't think you guys are serious about this, i couldn't sleep last night, this is huge, only if you're serious contact me.

sign a disclosure agreement kulaha…I take it you’re not a very bizniz savvy person huh..dee patent your idea first to safeguard it from infringement... granted that’s the premise for this “sign your life away” disclaimer you’re running with…

then only then do you place it before us huuno (your prospective investors)

I thinik the idea has to be patentable.....such as a new technology or a specific formula, procedure etc. Something concrete, but if it's just like Facebook, MySpace then I don't know if something like that can be patentable.....

Don't know the basics of this idea, but if it is infact another social networking site you will lose your investment bigtime.

You cannot dislodge myspace or facebooks success. No one will subscribe to another new network site. Those two have been a hit since its inception and is poised to continue its rapid growth for the forseeable future.
