He acted as father for ten years because he was lied to....defrauded ten years. The mother knows who the father is, let the real father pay.

AW,

I wouldn't advocate street justice in this case. I believe there is grounds for second appeal at the State Supreme Court, or even all the way to the Supreme Court. The mother of that child is a thief and hopefully justice will be done.

lol... I am so opposed to the judge on this and disgusted that anyone would feel the woman not "responsible" of her actions and instead go after an innocent guy to pay child support next 18 yrs.
