Cabdalla, your reasoning is macquul. However, 70,000 people with only 5 elementry schools and 1 high school? the numbers wouldn't look good with this statistics, in terms of making it one of the best educated cities.
Frankly, I'm not familiar with other cities/tuulos aside from Mogadishu, but from my estimation (this is from 2006 not sure about now) Mogadishu was the number 1. I mean there is a middle and high school in every corner, every xaafad. They had school buses for the kids and majority of the schools followed one of two systems (or curriculums). There is Mogadishu University, among a host of other growing private universities.
Unfortunately, now the Ethiopians probably fucked that up.
