depends how bad the treachery of the past was, most things i always forgive and forget but there things i never forget..anyway it's too much energy wasted on hatred...but however there are lessons to be learned as well, some people you can never learn to trust again and it's best to keep away from them.

Men Forgive more I noticed with my brothers and cousins growing up. Guys can fall out with eachother have a physical fight, beat the hell out of eachother and a few days later be friends again!!

Myself and most females if they are honest, once we exchange heated words or fall out we are enemies for life or avoid eachother totally.. unless you are family or close friend.
