whenever my throat hurtz i spray it with cholraseptic spray (can repeat this every 1hr or so) it automatically numbs the pain. also when i feel like im comin down with a cold or i get a headache more often then usual i take "airborne" it's a multi vitamin that helps boost ur immune system.

If you are not going to work use Garlic..Crush one clove add 1/4 cup of an orange juice and drink it gulp it!!! Take it in the morning and the evening...Don't go near people!!!!!!!!
