I'm very informed about somali history sxb, MSB(aun) regime was disastrous for somalia and the facts speak for themselves. The legacy that man left in somalia is far reaching and today every warlord want to emulate him. The beginning years of the Barre coup were good but that didn't last. If a North or South Somalia were to have occured I doubt the Hargeswai regime would want Dooros let alone a Faqash possibly being the next president ruling them again. It would be in their interest for several states to become indepedent in the North rather a Somaliland + Puntland - Maakhir.
