Whether a turn of events leading to an invasion or plotted Ethiopia is occupying Xamar today. We're not untouchable and a UN force in Somalia is the final nail in the coffin for Somalia. We must resist these occupiers before its to late.

Somalia is a free country, from Hargeesa to Boosaaso to Kismaayo. Ethiopia will leave when the merciless Alsha-baab ICU put down their guns and join the Somali government. Isn't that a simple request.

Put down the gun, save lives and join the TFG. Ethiopia shall leave.

Why is Ethiopia not invading Somaliland or Puntland?

Ethiopia will not leave, they must be kicked out, and it will take all Somali's to do that.

At first I thought this war was gonna be short, but now I think it will take a long time.

I think Ethiopian tanks will touch every corner of Somalia sooner or later, hopefully Somali's will wake up before that and see there is a bigger problem.

Don't let the divide and conquer game get to us.

Today Xamar, Tommorrow Kismayo, Next day Garoowe and Bosaaso, it that what Somali's are waiting for.

Stick to Promoting Makhir State. Dont' waste your energy on Zoomalia. Zoomalia fate is sealed. We will destroy whatever left there and leave them in limbo. Those people are notorious, grade A animals. We are begging them 17 years to make a government, but they prefer anarchy over federal government

This is a chance for nationalism to prosper over pseudo-clanist wadaads and warlords. We can finally drive back Habesha to the mountains of Gonder if Somalis unite under Somalinimo. Ethiopia doesnt see either entities as a threat but what makes PL/SL or others untouchable from UN forces being deployed to those regions?

Do u know whats worst than not havin a government. Having a false sense of government, the TFG is completely controlled by Ethiopia. If Ethiopia isn't kicked out of Somalia we will forever be Ethiopia's b!tch. Practically a colony of Ethiopia.

Hargeisa is peaceful and progressing.


ICU wants to take over Somalia, bring in Arabs such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia, convert us into Arab-loving society, and worse yet, they want to replace our beautiful Somali language into Arabic.

People don't want anarchy but they want the freedom to chose the lifestyle they want to live. The majority of Southerners truth be told wanted ICU and they don't want to have outside forces i.e (Washington, Addis) tell them how there going to live. The TFG is trying to strongarm Somalis into submission by using these foreign elements for small personal gain. Very foolish indeed.

Ethiopians wont' ever come to Galkayo. for one, There wont' be a Majeerteen who will lead the enemy to our house. We are too smart for that. secondly, We will turn the city into river of blood. Moqdisho people aren't' resisting at all. They need to stop playing hide and seek with the Ethiopians and kill them in masses. Finally, Mudug is barren land and Ethiopia wont' come as long they have the Hawiye women and the banana

All of Hawiye was fighting in April of 07 and they were still broken down.

Many Somalis feel the same way, we dont need to continue fighting for another 50 yrs. The balkanization of Somalia isnt near especially with the A/Y generation who believe in a united Somalia. I partially blame Hawiyes for the Xamar incident from the 90s but the warlords have taken advantage of the situation and they didnt see the need to unite and overthrow these warlords before the ICU intervention. I'm just saying instead of Hawiyes weeping about the occupation which they had little control over this is a time for unity and to combat the invaders whether it be physically or throught the appeal of the international community with all SOmalis united.

Tell me a scenario that Ethiopia would come to Mudug. They know if they come to Mudug, we will support the ONLF and open a huge front in Somali Galbeed. They don't want that headache

Besides UN/AU troops having a base in Northern Somalia I doubt the assualt Xamar is facing the North would face as its already peaceful.

Murax, , Ethiopia, has truly found a way to quash the domestic opposition and hide its eggregious human rights violations. By invading Somalia, it killed two birds with one stone. It was facing the charges of vote rigging and genocide of various ethnic groups, but the invasion of Somalia was its ticket to get out of the domestic problems it still faces. Zenawi wants to stay n power and to do that he has to apply the terrorist card .

When the country is at war, and the opposition mount their pressure, they could face arbitrary arrest for seditious activities.
