Born in Kismayo, the Somali metropolis where you can have it all and eat it. East/South is the Indian ocean with the most beautiful beach, West is the baadiye where the livestock is in abundance and the North is where you seek the succulant fruits of banana, papaya and mangoes where the farmers will welcome you into their farms for "eat as much as you can" freely but no take-away (unless you pay)

Don't mind the red desert....everything from Bari to Sool to Togdheer to Waqooyi galbeed is like that....lets hope the southerners don't see this.

I don't call them "cities" but towns, and with cities on rivers or aggricultural areas people are kind of spread out so the actual town is not what the area is named after but more like district.

PHD... Ive been to Waraabaye- 2001, 2004, 2006 i always pass that Village on my Way to Hawd, its a Majority Ciise Muse Village, with some Reer Xussein and Reer Beniin)

one can easily tell a geel jire from a reer magal.

1.Waraabaye is 100% HY town. it is located south of Burco on way to Durukzi (HY) and Gaashamo Hawd.

2. Waraabaye is majority Xiirsi Cisman especially Reer Caynaashe. Abdi Xiirsi, and Reer Wayde.

3. There also a lot of Abdualle Arab (Arab) and the some small Maxamed Ciise. Ciise musa live in North and North -West of Burco to Shiek and that other tuulo before Shiek.

4. Hawd of Burco to Waraabaye, Bali Reer Rooble, Bali Reer Caynaashe Ceeg desert to Durukzi to all the way Gaashamo of HY degan. West of Burco to the Aroori desert to Oowdweyni is all HY with some Cabdualle Arab.

5. My uncle Maxamed Jame Guutaale is cheif of Waraabaye town. There are also a lot of Reer Hussain there.

6. Reer Bini of Axmed Farah down even get close. They live East of Burco near Qoryaale and the Axmed Farax stronghold 'Yarowe' and 'Beer'. They are not reer hawd. Hawd is Adem Modoobe, Reer Dhahiir, Bali Cimran, Dhoqashy, and Balidiig

I heard the only clan in the whole of Burco that are the first and founders was Reer Hussian Jaar (HY)

1. So that make everybody else sheegato including me. Some Reer Hussain guy was telling how Burco used to be called 'labada Ceel ee Reer Hussain Jaar'.

2. He told his in 1600 or there about they moved to there from Bari.
