Hey I was 12-13 when I reached puberty..so what if the guy reached it at 11 and the girl at 9 or 10??

Arent we all forgetting the basic and fundamental reason here?? Once you reach puberty..you are bound to be accounted by your deeds?? wether its a precocious one or a delayed one??

PS. Lets not forget that we all(or mostly I hope) are muslims before anything else.
