i love the stiffness u get afta lifting weight espically afta bench pressing

best way to avoid stiffness always do cardio/runnin afta u finish ur weight lifting

Are you lifting everyday? You should lift every other day i.e. M, W, F or T, TH, S if you're trying to get muscles, but if you're trying to loose weight or get toned, then you lift everyday.

Are you warming your muscles before you lift? You should warm your muscles e.g. by running or jogging for at least 30 mins

Are you stretching before & after you lift? Always stretch for 5-10 mins before & after you lift.

Are you using the right techniques? Make sure you're using the right weights and machines.

Prevention is usually better than treatment.

Take dietary supplement of Glucosamine and Chondroitin for comfort, mobility and flexibility. Also eat flex-seed oil or fish oil.

Take warm bath, and get massage sometimes. Don't over do it, start with small and build up to that. The problem with most faraxs is that they will start big and do it for a couple days, and when they can't keep up they quit --if you aren't confortable in that level then come down.

War just go swimming and enjoy the bubblebath and sauna's they got to offer.
That's only if ur comfortable with your legs and small ankles to be displayed in public.

I used to work out a lot few years ago but not lately....but I still hit the gym from time to time though..!
