Free weight workouts are the most efficient and flexible workouts. You can virtually exercise all of your muscles using a pair of dumbbells. There are plenty of sites that offer free animated/video workouts. Just 10 minutes of workouts 3-5 days/week would do wonders to your body.

Are you lifting everyday? You should lift every other day i.e. M, W, F or T, TH, S if you're trying to get muscles, but if you're trying to loose weight or get toned, then you lift everyday.Murax wrote:Sometimes when You haven't lifted for months You get sore as hell the first couple of weeks when You start up again. Are you warming your muscles before you lift? You should warm your muscles e.g. by running or jogging for at least 30 mins
Are you stretching before & after you lift? Always stretch for 5-10 mins before & after you lift.
Are you using the right techniques? Make sure you're using the right weights and machines.
Prevention is usually better than treatment.

Take dietary supplement of Glucosamine and Chondroitin for comfort, mobility and flexibility. Also eat flex-seed oil or fish oil.
Take warm bath, and get massage sometimes. Don't over do it, start with small and build up to that. The problem with most faraxs is that they will start big and do it for a couple days, and when they can't keep up they quit --if you aren't confortable in that level then come down.
