it is true. the most idiotic somalis i have ever seen are xamariga and i don't mean ethnic like cadcadka, i mean somalis who grew up in xamar in the 80's and 70's, they are the most i.diotic, retarded, unambitious, bacaac ppl i have come across. why does the 50 yr old xamari still call himself "ciyaalka xaafada" you aint a ciyaal homes!

this is my hypothesis....somalis are majority nomadic ppl...at that time xamar was the only true cosmopolitan spot in somalia...the ppl who grew up there probably perceived themselves higher and were arrogant, their arrogance led them to ACCULTURATE deviantly, meaning the concept of "reer magaalnimo" escaped them into thinking everything opposite of nomadism was "reer magaalnimo"...if you are following it is similar to what my dad once told me about somalis moving here...he told me the reer baadiye who come here straight from baadiye are more liable to waste their money on petty stuff, to think copying everything on t.v is reer magaalnimo, and buy bmws when they are on a 8 hour $8 an hour job

basically xamariga were the their version somalia...they are the only ones who go on paltalk and show their candho to each other...even we who are the true reer magaal born and bred in western major cities cannot think of doing the things they are doing and look at it with ceeb and it is only because they ACCULTURATED deviantly when they though they were just being "city people"

people talk about us youth in the west now, what about the ones who grew up in somalia in the 80's and 70's with free and universal education. only .002% have jaamacad degrees. you would think with the social progressiveness of somalia at that time, we would have more educated 30-40 yr olds like the ethiopians but we don't and this is why WE are stumbling, we have no one to pass the torch to us because those fockers never lighted it, they were too busy walking around sayin "heeee ani ciyaalka xaafada aa ahay"
